We take complaints about our work, staff and levels of service very seriously. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please follow the process for raising a formal complaint.

Making a complaint

Please email or call us first. We aim to resolve problems as quickly as possible.

Once you have made your complaint we will log it, and investigate it and work with you to try to resolve your issue to your satisfaction. We will aim to resolve a complaint within five working days. If we think that it will take longer than this then we will advise you and keep you updated on progress.

If you are not satisfied

The firm is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint then you can raise the issue with them.
